HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
Please take into consideration that this all depends on the hairstyle and size of your braid/twists/locs etc. It depends on the hairstyle you are going for however we would advise ordering 10 packs of hair for a full head of small - medium sized braids & 15+ packs of hair for Larger sized braids.
If you would like to order more than 16 bags of hair or you are interested in our wholesale please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
We dispatch our products within 1-5 working days after we have confirmed order via Royal Mail. If you are outside of the United Kingdom, please allow at least 5-10 working days for your order to arrive although they usually do not take that long to arrive.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!
You can order from any part of the world.
Shipping is done from United Kingdom.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER/PARCEL?
All orders are Signed Postage which will normally be sent with the tracking number on the day of dispatch or the next day. You can then track your parcel via Royal Mail or sometimes via your local postage service website.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
An email will be sent confirming your order has been shipped, your tracking information and receipt will also be included in this email.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-5 business days. But during sales and product launches orders can take longer to process.
I`VE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
If you have not received your order within the estimated time, then please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot/Post office awaiting collection or redelivery.
Check that nobody at your address has taken delivery on your behalf.
Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour it’s always worth checking with your neighbours just in case.
What if I'm not in when my order is shipped?
If Royal Mail attempt delivery when you are not in a card will be left with details on how to arrange a re-delivery or collection. Failing this you can track your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and rearrange delivery. If your parcel is not called for it will be returned to us, once we receive it we will be in touch via email.
Please note – when collecting your order from a courier depot you may be required to provide photo ID
CAN SOMEONE ELSE SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?
It does not have to be the addressee that signs for your parcel. A signature is logged for security reasons, any signature provided at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
BRAIDSGANG cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
WILL YOU BE GETTING A RESTOCK?
Where possible we will restock popular items, as soon as we receive a restock this will be added to our website. It’s worth following us on Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook to keep up to date with restocks and new products.
What payment method do you accept?
Payment can currently only be made using PayPal.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds, so please make sure you check your order properly before placing your order for shipping.
